With elevations ranging from approx. 12m to 25m above sea level, it is a good high property and dotted with some beautiful large gums. The property is fully fenced, though the fencing will require maintenance if you plan to run livestock.
If you decided to build and live in this quiet, peaceful area, rubbish bin collection is available and children can catch the school bus out front. Mail is delivered 5 days a week. Telstra mobile reception is good and Coles will deliver to your door.
